Interesting idea, zeptank, but, how are you going to pull this off?
This sounds more like a forum than a blog, but, if you want to do it in this way, then my suggestion is go to customization on your Dashboard and go to "Administration?" I think it was? Anywho, this should list you as administrator and offers to invite ANYONE you wish as a "team member" or Co-Author of this blog. ;)
